Shipping policy

At GarageXtyle we provide fast and reliable delivery for both digital design files and physical products. Below is a clear overview of how we handle each type of order.


Digital Products (Design Files)

Digital items—such as car wrap designs, decals, and standard design files—are delivered by email after purchase.

Standard digital orders are sent within 24 hours.
Custom digital designs are delivered within 3–5 days, depending on the project requirements.

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

If you do not receive your files, contact us and we will resend them at no extra cost.

No shipping fees or customs charges apply to digital products.

 

Physical Products

In-stock items: ship within 2–3 business days.
Custom physical products: ship within 7–10 business days.

 

Shipping Methods

Physical orders are delivered through FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location.  A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Digital products: free delivery via email.
Physical products: free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Express shipping options are available at checkout.


International Shipping & Customs

For physical shipments:
Your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.

Digital files do not involve customs fees.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your physical order is damaged, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Delays

Carrier or customs delays may occasionally occur. If your order seems delayed, reach out and we will assist you.
