Return Process – It’s Simple!

  • Changed Your Mind? No problem! We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Defective or Damaged Items? Yikes! If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away. We’ll get it sorted quickly and arrange for a return or exchange—no questions asked.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at garagextyle@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Instructions: We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship It Back: Pack up your items and send them back to us—using the return label we provided.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds – Quick & Easy

  • If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • For exchanges, we’ll send out your new item right away (we’ll cover the shipping costs, of course!).

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on a few items due to hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, including:

  • Custom-branded or personalised items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or downloadable content (if applicable)

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Return Shipping: If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank or credit card statement.
